ACM STUDIO SIGNUP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Register for an ACM Studio account ( http://studios.cams2chat.net/user/signup ) - fill in all the required fields.
  2. Log in at the Studio panel to access your account ( http://studios.cams2chat.net/user/login )
  3. ALL Studios are required to submit ID(s) of the Studio owner (or current beneficiary on the Payment details).

    To upload your ID(s), click on Profile then click on Payment details. You have 3 options for Payment types: Bank/Wire transfer, US$ Check, and Smart Money (ONLY for Studios based in the Philippines).

    BANK/WIRE TRANSFER ($100 Net Minimum, fees apply)
    Fill in the required fields:

    1. Frequency of Payouts - Monthly or Twice-Monthly
    2. Minimum Payout - $100 to $1,000
    3. Account Number
    4. Currency - required for Philippines Banks Only (Peso or Dollar)
    5. Bank Name
    6. Bank Address
    7. Bank Country
    8. Swift Code
    9. Routing Number (for US banks only)
    10. Upload your ID(s) for the Benificiary on Account Name
    11. Click Submit Request

    US$ CHECK ($50 Net Minimum, Available to US addresses only and are Free)
    Fill in the required fields:

    1. Frequency of Payouts - Monthly or Twice-Monthly
    2. Minimum Payout - $100 to $1,000
    3. Pay to Order Of
    4. Street Address
    5. City/Town
    6. State
    7. Zip/Postal Code
    8. Country
    9. Upload your ID(s) for the Benificiary on Pay To The Order OF
    10. Click Submit Request

    SMART MONEY ($50 Net Minimum, Available to Philippines based studios and is Free)
    Fill in the required fields:

    1. Frequency of Payouts - Monthly or Twice-Monthly
    2. Minimum Payout - $100 to $1,000
    3. Name on Smart Card
    4. Card Expiration Date (MM-YYYY)
    5. Smart Card Number (16 digits on front of the card e.g 5577 or 5299)
    6. Current Address
    7. Date of Birth (MM-DD-YYYY)
    8. Contact Number
    9. Upload your ID(s) for the Benificiary on Name on Smart Card (ID1 front scan of ID and ID2 is back scan of ID)
    10. Upload Smart Card Copy (front only)
    11. Click Submit Request

    Before Payment details are finalized, your Smart Money card will be verified and activated. You will be informed via email once your Smart Money card has been activated.

    NOTE: Please ensure that all ID(s) to be uploaded have been saved in a JPEG, BMP, or PNG format (TIF, PDF and ZIP files not accepted). The file size should be 1 megabyte or less (files too large will take too long to upload OR upload will fail).

    *When Studio ID is Approved, YES will appear on Approved Submitted ID(s) above Payment Type on the top of the page.*When Studio ID(s) is Rejected, NO will appear on Approved Submitted ID(s) above Payment Type on the top of the page. An email will also be sent stating the reason(s) for rejection.

  4. Add NEW Models to your account

    - click on Models tab. On the right hand side you will see a link, Add New Model. Click on that link and add your models to your account. Their accounts will be pending. In order to approve their accounts, you will need to UPLOAD the following from the bottom part of ADD MODELS PAGE.

    1. A valid government photo ID - acceptable IDs are the following: passport, driver's license, NBI clearance, postal ID, SSS ID.
    2. A signed Model Release form - you can download the form HERE.

    To upload the documents of those EXISTING models. Click on "MODELS", then click on "Documents" at the right side of the Model's Name.. As you clicked the Documents Sub-Menu, it will show the Upload Documents Page. You may also view the uploaded documents from that page.

    Once we have received your model documentation, we will work on approving their accounts. You will be informed via email when their accounts have been approved. If the model account is "Rejected" then click on the model's "Profile" to see why it was rejected and what you need to do for us to work on the approval of your model.

    Performer login - Once your model accounts have been approved, you will now need to create "Model Login", "Screen Names", and "Passwords". This can be done by clicking on "Sites" to the right of the model's name. Please be advised that you can only create 5 Login and Screen Names for Male Models and 7 Login and Screen Names for Female Models. Choose your Screen names well as you will not be able to change it once it has been created. The model may now log into their account and start chatting.

    They can access the model panel at this link, http://www.adultcammodels.com. Once they log in they will see a link where they can download the performer program, "Click here to launch Sidekick" or they can type this link into their browser, http://adultcammodels.com/sidekick. Before they download the program, make sure they have installed the correct version of Java. Here is the link for the correct version of Java, http://download.oldapps.com/Java/jre-6u13-windows-i586-p-s.exe.

  5. Set chat rates, upload photos, view chats and shop sales - It is very important that you upload NICE PHOTOS of your new models so that they will attract members to your models rooms.
  6. Other features of the model panel are viewing chats and shop sales, photo upload, and setting of chat rates.
    1. Chats and Shop sales - Your models can view their chats and shop sales from the model panel. Choose the start and end date and click submit. Revenue that is displayed is the gross earnings of your model.
    2. My Profile - this is where models can change their passwords and edit their contact info
    3. Photo upload - Click on Photo Gallery. You will see a link, Add New Photo. Click on that link. You must have a title and description for each photo you add. The maximum file size is 300 kb. There is a limit of 40 photos in the photo gallery.
    4. Account photos - Your model may choose 2 photos that will be displayed online. The Who's Live thumbnail (online photo - this is the photo that members see when they click on Who's Online) and the profile photo. Once again in order to attract members you will need to upload nice photos. Your model's categories will be set depending on the type of photo you upload for their account photo.

      Female Model Photos

      * Romance Category- No Tits, No Pussy, and No Ass. This should be a nice "Girl Next Door" photo
      * Party Category- Tits ok but No Pussy, and No Ass.
      * Wild Category- Tits , Ass, and Pussy all ok.
      * Male Models.
      * No Fake Photos, No Photos from other sites, No altered Photos. No using of other models Photos

    5. Photo upload - Click on Photo Gallery. You will see a link, Add New Photo. Click on that link. You must have a title and description for each photo you add. The maximum file size is 300 kb. There is a limit of 40 photos in the photo gallery.

Create Model Accounts and Model Management

  1. Add NEW Models to your account

    - click on Models tab. On the right hand side you will see a link, Add New Model. Click on that link and add your models to your account. Their accounts will be pending. In order to approve their accounts, you will need to UPLOAD the following from the bottom part of ADD MODELS PAGE.

Studio Pay and Studio Management

ACM pays studios using 3 methods

• Smart Card (Philippine only) with a $50 minimum payout and Free Transfer
• Check (US only) with a $50 minimum payout and Free Transfer
• Wire Transfer (All can use) with $100 minimum payout and fees apply

Pay cutoff is at Midnight Las Vegas time 15th and Last day of each month. Please note that the Philippines is in advance of the US time so is 3pm on the 16th and the first (Philippine time)

Studio Statements are done and uploaded to the studio panel within hours of pays cutoff. Do NOT come to support and ask any questions about pay unless you have read the statement. Statements are available in the studio panel by doing the following:

• Log in to your studio account
• Click Reports
• Click Statement of Account

- At the bottom of the statement you will see one of 2 terms. Amount Paid means the money has been   sent. Carried Forward means you did not make the payment method minimum and the amount is   carried forward to next pay.
- If you see Amount Paid we have sent the money and expect the following lag to receive

Smart. We send the details to the Philippines BUT the cards are loaded when the agent and Smart decide. It is usually within 3 days and it is NOT straight away so stop asking support as they don't know and it just wastes everyones time.

Wire. The wires are entered straight away BUT with bank time differences, holidays and process times you need to allow up to 5 days to get to your account. There are a minimum of 3 banks involved in a wire so don't come to support until 5 days have passed and ask where your money is as support do not know

Checks. These are issued through our US bank and delivered by the US postal service. It varies widely but don't ask support until at least 7 days have passed. They do not know

Some facts all studios need to consider

• If you change your pay details within 72 hours (3 days) of the cutoff you will be paid the batch after the   cutoff
• We cannot check all payment details and if you enter the wrong details the payment will come back to   us, you will wait longer to receive and if you entered the wrong details any fees will be deducted.
• If you change your payment details after cutoff then you will not be paid until the next cutoff

Studio pays and Support

• Come to support anytime if you think your pay is wrong but make sure you have checked Statement of   Account before you do and can explain why you think it is wrong.
• Do NOT ask have we sent your money.... read the Statement of Account.
• Support are here to help but asking the same question to several support has to stop.

Model Screen Name Changes

We no longer change screen names for models so with this in mind it is best not to create all the logins and screen names for your models until you are sure of the screen name you or they would like.

Model Account Deletion

To have a model or model's login deleted from your studio account you will need to send an email to our webmaster. In the email please include the Studio Name, The Model's full Real Name and the model's Login Name. You must use your email address that is registered with your studio account to make your request. Please send your email to : webmaster@asiancammodels.com

Other Issues

Updating Payment type/Updating Beneficiary

• New Payment type, Beneficiary unchanged - Go to Payment details and choose the new Payment type. Fill in all the details and upload the required documents (for Smart Money ONLY).

• New Payment type, New Beneficiary - Go to Payment details and choose the new Payment type. Fill in all the details and upload the required documents. Also submit scans of the ID(s) of the current Beneficiary and new Beneficiary. Scans of the current beneficiary's ID can be emailed to accounts@asiancammodels.com or studioaccounts@interactivemsi.com using your Studio email address.

Statement of Account - Statements are updated at the end of every cut-off period (every 15th and 30th or 31st of the month). To view your Statement, log on to your studio account. Click on Reports and click on Statement of Accounts.

Retrieving or Resetting Studio Password - To retrieve or reset your Studio password, email studioaccounts@interactivemsi.com using your studio email address. Your password will be sent via email.

Updating Studio Email Address - To update your Studio email address, email studioaccounts@interactivemsi.com and also attach scans of the Studio owner's or current Beneficiary's ID. Please make sure the scans are clear and legible.

Deleting/Cancelling Model Account - For model accounts that are inactive or were created in error, you may request to have the account(s) deleted. Email webmaster@asiancammodels.com.

Smart Money :

How to apply for Smart Money card - For Smart SIM users ONLY. If you have a Globe SIM, please visit a SMART Wireless Center and apply in person.

Step 1 : Activate your SMART Money account via your SMART mobile phone

Option 1: Key-word Based

i. Type in MONEY and Send it to 343
ii. Subscriber will receive a prompt to enter desired W-PIN.
iii. Re-enter W-PIN and Press OK.
iv. Choose 'Get Account' press OK
v. Subscriber will receive a confirmation message with his SMART Money Account.
vi. Subscriber will receive a confirmation message that W-PIN has been set and Menu will be
updated.

Note: This transaction is free of charge but the subscriber should have at least Php1.00 airtime left.

Option 2: Menu Based

i. Go to SMART MENU and select SMART Money
ii. Choose any transaction.
iii. Subscriber will receive a prompt to enter desired W-PIN (make your own PIN; 6 digits).
iv. Re-enter W-PIN and Press OK.
v. Choose 'Get Account' press OK
vi. Subscriber will receive a confirmation message with his SMART Money Account.
vii. Subscriber will receive a confirmation message that W-PIN has been set and Menu will be updated.

Note: This transaction is free of charge but the subscriber should have at least Php1.00 airtime left.

Step 2 : Once you have successfully activated your "SMART Money Account", go to any SMART Wireless center and submit the following:

  1. A completely filled out SMART Money Application (online form)
  2. A photocopy of your Valid ID*
  3. P120 processing fee for a Personalized Card or P100 for an Instant Card (Non-personalized; Name on Card SMART MONEY).

    For your convenience, you may apply for a SMART Money card online by visiting https://secure.smart.com.ph/money/apply.aspx

    *Present a photocopy of any valid ID:

    - Passport
    - Driver's License
    - Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
    - NBI Clearance

    - Barangay Certification
    - Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card

    - OWWA ID
    - OFW ID
    - Seaman's Book
    - Alien Certification of Registration / Immigrant Certificate of Registration

    - Integrated BAR of the Philippines ID
    - Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC.

Step 2 : Your SMART Money card will be delivered to your specified address after three (3) days within Metro Manila, seven (7) if provincial. For applications received online, a SMART representative will call the applicant for verification and ask his/her preferred wireless center location for card pick up.

Retrieving or Resetting PIN - In case you forgot your ATM and/or WPIN (for mobile phone transactions), the subscriber can contact the SMART Money Hotline at 15177 from a SMART mobile phone, or 845-777 via landline, or visit the nearest SMART Wireless Center. The Customer Support Officers will Reset the ATM and/or WPIN within 24 hours and an SMS notification will be sent to the subscriber. There is no cost to reset the PIN

Lost/Stolen/Broken Smart card - Please report it by calling the SMART Money Hotline at 15177 from a SMART mobile phone, or 845-777 via landline, or visit the nearest SMART Wireless Center. A replacement card will be issued to you.

Expired/Renewing Smart card - Before your Smart card expires, please call the SMART Money Hotline at 15177 from a SMART mobile phone, or 845-777 via landline, or visit the nearest SMART Wireless Center and request for a renewal card. Please ask for the same account number to avoid delays in Studio payments.

Linking Smart SIM and Smart card - Linking your Smart SIM and Smart card is convenient for those who have either renewed or replaced their Smart cards. Even without the new card, you can withdraw funds from your account OTC (over the counter) at any SMART Wireless center.

You can also check your balance using your mobile phone. After the cut-off period, while waiting for your salary, you may check your balance with your mobile phone.

Option 1: Keyword based via text

  1. Text MONEY 16-digit card # to 343
  2. Enter desired W-PIN (6-digits), press OK.
  3. Re-enter W-PIN, press OK.
  4. Enter your preferred Card Name, press OK
  5. Enter your Card-PIN (ATM-PIN), press OK. Card-PIN/ATM-PIN can be the same as your W-PIN.
  6. Wait for the text message confirming the transaction.

Option 2: via menu

  1. Go to the SMART MENU and select SMART Money
  2. Choose any transaction.
  3. Enter desired W-PIN (6-digits).
  4. Re-enter W-PIN, press OK.
  5. Choose "Link a Card", press OK
  6. Enter 16-digit card #, press OK
  7. Follow steps d to f above.

Cancelled Chats due to Fraud, Charge backs, or TOS Violations

• FRAUD: If chats are cancelled due to fraud, the member most likely used a stolen credit card. If fraud is seen often in a particular model account, the account may be cancelled and Studio will be reviewed.

• CHARGEBACKS: ALL chats are cancelled and Studio will not be paid. Member did not pay the credit card bill for chats charged to his account. If we aren't paid, then neither is the model.

• TOS VIOLATIONS: ALL chats are cancelled, but Management will decide if Studio will be paid on a case to case basis.
